The Parent Partnership: a fabulous community of parents and friends who support your children. The partnership organises the weekly Tuck Shop, refreshments/ front of house for events, car park attendants, fundraising events and much more. In addition, each CMA ensemble has a Parent Rep. to ensure good communication at all times.
To join the team, please email parentpartnership@chilternmusicacademy.org – with lots of partners giving a little time, the work is shared nice and thinly. It also gives you the chance to get to know fellow parents and supporters!
Executive team: consisting of Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer.
Regulars: Are you free to man the tuck shop while your child is in sessions? Please volunteer!
Mentors: Parents/friends who are proficient musicians are encouraged to help weekly with sectionals etc. Please let us know if you are willing to help.
Practical help: If you are able to help set up/break down for rehearsals and concerts, please let us know. We will also need volunteers to help transport our percussion trailer, and yellow- jacketed traffic controllers for busy events.
Donations: Instruments, stands, music and other useful equipment would be gratefully received. If you had been wondering what to do with that old violin, please consider us!
