Chiltern Music Academy April 2026 Raffle – Terms & Conditions
This raffle is promoted by Chiltern Music Academy, c/o Royal Grammar School, Amersham Road, High Wycombe, HP13 6QT. Registration number LC202603-157514. Responsible persons are Elen Môn Wayne and Julie-Marie James.
- This Raffle is only open to residents of Great Britain / UK over the age of 18 (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses according to Gambling Act 2005 regulations). Employees of Chiltern Music Academy directly responsible for the management of the Raffle are not eligible to enter this draw
- By entering the Raffle you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any Raffle entry and participation instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
- Entries must not be bought on behalf of somebody else and are non-transferrable
- No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 years, entrants must self-certify date of birth on entrance
- The cost of each entry is £5. Players may purchase more than one entry, and payment must be in advance
- If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize and their payment will be returned
- All proceeds (after expenses for the online platform) from this raffle will be used for the charitable purposes of Chiltern Music Academy (registered charity number 1158146). No more than 80% of the proceeds will be deducted for prizes and expenses
- The prize for the Raffle is 5 tickets in a second tier box at the Royal Albert Hall for the Film Gala at 3pm on 30th May 2026. There are no alternatives to the prize
- The draw will take place on the date specified on the raffle ticket and website. Raffle prize will be drawn at random
- All tickets are individually entered into the draw and have an equal chance of winning. Likelihood of winning depends on number of tickets sold
- Winners will be notified by post, email or telephone no later than one week after the draw date. Please keep your ticket number as proof of purchase. Results will be published in the newsletter.
- Winners may be asked to take part in Chiltern Music Academy PR and promotional activity
- If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by Chiltern Music Academy to contact the winner, then Chiltern Music Academy will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it thinks fit. The winner has 10 calendar days after notification to claim the prize
- The total value of tickets to be sold is less than £20,000. If ticket sales exceed this, the lottery may need to be restructured.
